Linford Grange Supported Living Residential Home provides supported living accommodations in Newport Pagnell, Buckinghamshire.
Linford Grange Support and Living offers independent living with professional support, mentoring and access to a friendly community to those recovering from disabilitating illness or conditions.
Our specialised carers, staff and facilities work to help with the transition from living within a care environment to self sufficient independent living by providing individually tailored support packages based upon the residents needs and abilities.
A Message From our Manager
Hi, I’m Chris, the home manager for Linford Grange and The Stratfords.
Here at Linford Grange we provide a range of support, including personal care for up to 17 people.
Our service supports a wide range of individual needs including people with learning disabilities, autism, brain injuries, mental health diagnosis, dual diagnosis, and other associated conditions.
Myself and my team aim to keep the home feeling upbeat and engaging wherever we can!
I am passionate about enabling people and will work hard with my team to welcome whomever we feel we are able to support positively.

Alister is a qualified accountant with in excess of 20 years experience in SME’s having been involved in a variety of sectors including retail, manufacturing, service and healthcare.
Raj Kanani
Managing Director
Raj has been involved in the Care sector for more than 20 years, having taken over homes struggling to comply with new policies and operating best practices. A background in customer services and property development has given Raj a unique approach to the healthcare sector.
